Please join us outside court to show solidarity with Amanda O’Shaughnessy.
Amanda’s renewal hearing for an appeal against conviction will take place on 4th March. We would like supporters to join us outside court 9.15am -10am.
During the hearing, Annabel Timan (Doughty Street Chambers) will argue that Amanda O’Shaughnessy’s 2015 murder conviction is unsafe due to newly presented psychiatric evidence supporting the defence of loss of control. The court will hear how years of domestic abuse and coercive control, previously overlooked, could have significantly impacted the jury’s understanding of her actions that night.
Supporters are also welcome to attend the hearing at 10.30am.
